4,537 personalized guides generated since launch in April 2026, around 150 a week on average, with a peak of 754 in a single campaign week. Dalilk cites it as a significant driver of new course sales, and it doubles as the top of their sales funnel.
The problem
Dalilk needed a free tool that proves its value before anyone pays for a course. A generic PDF download gets opened once and forgotten. The guide had to feel like it was written for one person: their role, their industry, their level, and what they struggle with.
What I built
- A short intake form: name, role, industry, English level, pain points.
- Four content blocks generated in parallel, so the wait stays short.
- A quality pass that checks every block and fixes errors before anything is rendered.
- Blocks assembled into a branded template and rendered to PDF with headless Chrome.
- The file is stored, a signed link is emailed, and a feedback survey follows 14 days later.
